Maltese investing in Bulgaria Property

Maltese investors are buying holiday apartments on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast or at a ski resort for half the price of a similar property in other parts of Europe.

Bulgaria joined the European Union this January and property specialists are anticipating that developments will increase. Interest among Maltese developers who are planning to invest in this country is increasing. For this reason bestmaltaproperty.com has set up a Bulgarian investments section on it's website. Potential investors can now easily decide if it's feasible to invest in this country.

Bansko is the most sought after area at the moment, a new luxury development in this area consisting of studio apartments to 3 Bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 30m² to 125m² including a basement and Underground car park is seeing price requests starting from only €30,000.

Vitosha Boulevard in the Bulgarian capital has been ranked among the world's top shopping destinations and ranked higher than shopping sites in Canada, Brazil, Finland, Sweden and Belgium. Sofia will soon have a run for extreme skiing and snowboarding and at present there are golf courses in Elin Pelin, near the capital, one at Ihtiman and another one in Sliven.

Business opportunities in Bulgaria are endless, real estate and land prices are extremely low when compared with Western European and most Eastern European states and the harmonisation of Bulgarian legislation with that of the European Union means that the actual process of a real estate transaction in Bulgaria is not that much different to the procedure that exists in Malta.

2006 has been a great year for bulgaria's property market and 2007 is expected to be ripe with opportunities. Bulgaria property is still gaining momentum. The number of foreigners buying Bulgaria property in 2006 rose by 70 per cent on the previous year.

As the demand for Bulgarian property rises, estate agents advice Maltese property investors to spread their options but is it better to put all the eggs in one basket in this case? The online Bulgarian property market special for Maltese investors can be found at www.bestmaltaproperty.com

International Property Negotiators speak about Malta

Malta, the beautiful Mediterranean island that basks in up to 300 days of sunshine a year is proving more and more popular with those in search of a low tax country with an attractive property market.

International Real estate experts are still advising their clients to keep investing heavily in the Maltese property market at least up to 2010. www.bestmaltaproperty.com website allows Maltese contractors and property owners to connect with international sellers.

"Malta property has traditionally attracted most UK investors however this is changing with the introduction of the new Low cost air flights to the island. We are seeing a growing interest in Malta from all over the world and our excellent warm climate, sea side property and widespread use of English will mean that property prices will keep increasing" said a bestmaltaproperty.com specialist. "Today's property prices could look like a bargain in a couple of years time" he continued.

At the moment the island of Malta is witnessing growth from foreign property buyers. They are taking advantage of Malta's year-round sun, beaches and culture.

Prices rose 40 per cent over two years. After years of the property market being static, it was too quick but it didn't stop Malta and its sister island, Gozo, being sought after by those looking for a Med holiday home.

Recent government figures showed a sixteen per cent rise in the year to March 2006 on Malta Property

The demand for Malta Property remains bouyant from the UK, US, Australian and European mainland markets, and predict a further ten per cent rise in the coming year. 'We normally see a drop off in enquiries a few months before any price levelling but demand for Malta Property this year is every bit as strong as before and at the moment we can only see prices going one way in the short term at least - and that's up

Malta is also a popular choice for those looking for a low tax haven in which to establish their business which means that there is also a strong demand for commercial property in Malta - opening up the range of market opportunities available to a potential real estate investor.
