There are different signs of pregnancy, some seem to be quite obvious, others might just indicate that you're pregnant, and a few are dead sure methods to diagnose if you are pregnant or not.

Here the most common indicators, that most people take for a fact, but that are not 100% sure:

- Missed period
- Positive Pregnancy Test

Other additional signs that might indicate that you are pregnant are:

- Nausea and Vomiting
- Fatigue
- Increased Urination
- Skin Changes

These are very slight indicators, ther are plenty of other reasons for these feelings, so I'd say don't use these as indicators at all.

- Just "feeling" pregnant
- Changes in Libido
- Strange Cravings

If the shape of your breasts change thsi can be an indication, but many women go thorugh similar indications before, during, and shortly after ther period.

- Soreness of the Breasts
- Enlargement of the Breasts
- Colostrum from Breasts

Now we're coming to already more probable indicators like i.e.

- Enlarged Abdomen
- Change in Uterine Shape
- Enlarging Uterus
- Palpation of the Baby e
- Fetal Movement
- Stretch Marks

These are quite strong indicators, but the only 100% sure methods to determine if you really are pregnant are the ones that your doctor will be able to find:

- Fetal Heart Tones
- Ultrasound Detection
- X-ray Detection

Conclusion: If you can not answer the qiuestion "Am I pregant?" yourself, see your doctor to make sure. Doing a test with a pregnancy test strip first certainly does not do any harm, but then you should go and see your medical doctor. He will also be able to quite accurately tell you the answer to the question "How many months pregnant am i?".
