Amalfi Coast Italy
The Amalfi Coast is a picturesque place in Italy. Perhaps the most famous spot along the Amalfi Coast is Positano.
You may have seen Positano via movies. One of the movies that featured this beautiful town was "Under the Tuscan Sun."
Pictures of Positano are nice, but they really don't do it justice. You have to be there to really soak up the awe-inspiring views.
Positano Eating
Where to eat while enjoying the Positano atmosphere.
There are many places to eat in Positano. Hey, it's Italy! Here's a listing of a few places you might want to check out the next time you're there.
Il Ritrovo
It's been called one of the finest restaurants around Positano. While you could eat inside, I'd recommend enjoying your meal outside while soaking up the amazing view of the Amalfi Coast.
You'll find seafood (surprise, surprise) and mountain food at the Il Ritrovo. For dessert, try their soft ice cream (semifreddo).
The prices are reasonable and you'll need to make reservations ahead of time.

Da Adolfo
If you're on a budget, try Da Adolfo. It's informal and budget friendly. How informal? If you show up in your swimsuit, you'll be just like the rest of the crowd.
It's open from May through September and no reservations are accepted. Plan on spending a little time here sipping the local wine variations.
Note: The Da Adolfo doesn't accept credit cards, so make sure you have money on your (preferably Euros).
Stay tuned for more Positano restaurant information!
