THE TECHNOLOGY THESE DAYS IS TRULY AMAZING. SONY AND PENTAX (PROBABLY OTHERS AS WELL) NOW HAVE 'TOUCH SCREEN' TECHNOLOGY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO TAP THE ON CAMERA MENU SCREEN TO DO YOUR EDITING.

I used to be upset that all the good cameras were out of my reach, but with ever changing camera technology, digital camera prices are dropping. What used to be an 8 Megapixel $1,000 camera is accessible for under $500 if you know where to look. Most people don't need that much power. A good 6 megapixel camera is under $300 now. So keep looking, especially at Amazon.com
