My passion is helping people in life be happier and live longer, especially children. If I can share one thing with someone to make their day better I am happy. The obesity epidemic sickens me and I believe that people need to get tuned into their health at a young age and be committed to taking care of the body He has given us.

I have personal interest in health, fitness, wellness, and nutrition and am currently working towards a post-grad degree in dietetics. I have a mission to help people to embrace a healthy life style so they can live life to its fullest. Good health doesn't come TO YOU, it comes from WITHIN YOU. Dr. David Friedman says "The good nutrients you bring to your inside today will determine the health and happiness you will receive on the outside tomorrow."
