Amazon E-Book Publishing - Publish On Kindle for You!

Being an Author was my intense interest. I started writing and have written many books. Like most writers, when I finished my first book, I started to look for Publishers. After sending out manuscript after manuscript, I found one. They turned out to be predators who took my book and gave me nothing in royalties. I knew my book had sold because of family and friends who bought it and commented on that very book. Yet, I received no money. I started to try e-books on line and went to Amazon. I looked and tried to understand how to self publish my book, but it looked hard to do. Not being too savvy with computers, I realized I needed help to self publish my book.

This became an obsession when my daughter finally said, "I can do it." Since then, I have published many books. There were publishers, after publishing on Kindle, who have contacted me, but I told them "Thanks, but NO THANKS!" I wondered how many Authors were in this same type of predicament. It's the principle of the thing. You have spent a lot of time writing a manuscript that can be enjoyed by many people, and you want it on Kindle. If you cannot, or do not have the time, to publish it yourself, have some one do it for you. Toni has done a great job for me, and I recommend her highly.

To obtain your Tax ID number, you'll need to go to www.IRS.Gov, and look for the W-9 Form. It's usually on the left hand side menu. This link should bring up a form which you can fill out right then and there. Print it, sign it and fax or mail it to the IRS. The Tax ID number is for self-employed small business people who will be filing a Schedule C income. Oh, and yes people, being an author is a business. Amazon requires your SSN or your TAX ID number in order to pay you. ...which is a good thing!

If you already have a Tax ID number, use that in place of your SSN. And, if you have an EIN, meaning that you've already incorporated as an LLC, Corp, S-corp, or Partnership, send that number instead. All in all, I'd really prefer that you NOT send your SSN. So, please get what ever it is you need prior to submission.

If you need some sort of picture for your Book Cover when it's placed on Amazon, there is an additional charge of $4.99. Although you may just be publishing Kindle e-books, the Kindle Book does show up on Amazon.com as an available book for purchase. And, without a picture, ...it doesn't look too appealing. If you have a picture to use, and it doesn't fit, I can re-size it and upload it for you. Just send it as a .jpg file along with the text.

$29.99 - For Kindle e-books less than 100 pages long. Price includes converting text to Kindle's acceptable code, keying in paragraph spacing and formatting, uploading all appropriate files, names of authors, editor, etc. This service does NOT include text editing, grammar correction, or any review of the text material submitted.

$49.99 - For Kindle e-books less than 250 pages long. $149.99 - For Kindle e-books that are between 250 and 499 pages long. Price includes converting text to Kindle's acceptable code, keying in paragraph spacing and formatting, uploading all appropriate files, names of authors, editor, etc. This service does NOT include text editing, grammar correction, or any review of the text material submitted.

$249.99 - For Kindle e-books that are 500 to 1000 pages long. Price includes converting text to Kindle's acceptable code, keying in paragraph spacing and formatting, uploading all appropriate files, names of authors, editor, etc. This service does NOT include text editing, grammar correction, or any review of the text material submitted.
