    I still prefer folk art to 'court taste' or 'commercial' taste...it all has a piece of the artist's heart and soul worked into the art.

    I love some Southwestern designs, and having lived in the Midwest I appreciate many of the typical Midwestern scenes too. You have some great examples on this lens, blessed.

    Very informative article about folk art. I have not been a big fan of it, but do have a little better appreciation of it after reding your lens, and dthat's a good thing!
