Coloring Pages and More American Robin Activities
This American Robin Activities page is meant to be a companion to any of the many excellent American Robin Facts articles and books that are available.
On this page you'll find links to American Robin coloring pages and other kid-friendly activity pages, American Robin songs and calls, YouTube videos that feature the American Robin (including a couple of music videos of old popular songs "inspired" by the American Robin), and a couple pictures that I especially like.
The American Robin is one of my favorite birds, partly because its arrival heralds the return of spring in our area, partly because of its jaunty appearance while hopping and bobbing along in our yard in search of worms, and also for its cheerful melodic singing during summer mornings and evenings.
I hope you enjoy the following selections of fun information and activities about the American Robin!

The American Robin has a few different sounds. Have you heard these sounds before? They may be very familiar to you, even if you didn't know what kind of bird made them. The singing is by the male to attract mates. The "tutting" is an alarm call.

The Migration of American Robins
Many robins migrate south for the winter and return north to breed in the spring and summer. But some robins stay put year round in parts of the northern United State, as long as they can find enough food.
