Locks of Love - Hair Care and Styling
A useful tip is to use the wig brush ONLY on doll hair (use a permanent marker and label it). Using it on a human hair wig will damage the synthetic fiber of doll hair and can also make the hair dirt-prone.
Always lightly mist hair with fresh water before brushing. This can help protect the hair and make it much easier to comb through. Always start at the longest part of the hair and remove any tangles before working your way up to the head. This prevents excessive pulling and breakage.
Once you have lovely, smooth hair, styling can occur. Just remember to use non-snag rubber bands for ponytails, braids, etc.
