I got more interested in roses as I was photographing flowers and noticed how many were actually roses. There is an abundance as I said. I will include some of my own photographs here, note they ARE under copyright.

- What a beautiful way to start the day...looking at gorgeous rose images. Our neighbor has a rose bush that is absolutely stunning (I am very envious) it is nestled against a tree in their front yard and reaches about half way up the tree with deep red blooms. I can't help but sit in the car just an extra few minutes to admire it. Roses are indeed a beautiful flower.

- The blooms on your roses are just enormous and gorgeous! I volunteer at a local rose garden, deadheading, fertilizing, etc., and the rose expert who's my mentor there also recommended the Ortho guide to roses. Thanks for the lovely lens.
