Angelic Miracle

After several minutes trying so hard without any results to swim to the shore, I finally gave up, I couldn't breath anymore and I felt a sense of peace and joy, it may sound strange but it felt good. I knew I was dying and I was just letting go.

At the same time I could feel my father's hand holding me by my arms underneath the water, like he was trying to hold on no matter what. I stop moving all together and I just relaxed my body. Maybe it was because I was very tired and couldn't go on any longer or maybe it was because something inside of me knew I was going to be ok, no matter what happen.

Instantly, I found myself floating through the water and reaching for the shore. Impossible!!, I thought. How could I have gone from so far back in the ocean to the shore in just seconds. I thought I was hallucinating, I knew that was impossible. But when I turned around to look at my dad and my sister, I realized that I wasn't the only one puzzled by what just happened.

The color on my father's face was gone, he look like he just saw a ghost or something. He asked me, did you swim to the shore? And I said: No, I don't even know how I got to the shore. We look at each other and we just started to cry. It was in that moment that I realized that we were saved by an angel, there is no other way to describe it. It was impossible that in matter of seconds we went from drowning to touching the sand without knowing what happen.

Angel, Higher Being or whatever we may call it, I know something intervene and saved our lives. Do I think it was an Angel? Well, I didn't see an Angel, but someone or something carried me, that I know for sure. And until this day, my father, my sister and I are still trying to figure out what exactly happened and how. We always come to the conclusion that it must have been a protector or a guide, an ANGEL!

I believe in Guardian Angels and Spiritual Guides, and I also think that maybe what we call Guardian Angels are just our own higher selves that are always with us, because they are part of us, just in a spiritual form.

Maybe our spiritual guides are nothing more than our own selves in the higher dimensions of consciousness...This article I found on the web explains what I just mentioned here:

I was raised within the Catholic religion and even went to a Catholic school, so the belief in Angels is something very common in my family. Today, although I don't follow any type of religious groups, I consider myself to be very spiritual. I'm very conscious of who I am and very aware of the Divine Intelligence. I do believe in God, just not the way others do. Still, I do believe in Angels, Divine Messengers, or whatever you want to call them. I do believe we are never alone and we are surrounded by other spiritual beings. What they real are or what is their purpose?, I don't really know, but I do know that they are here and many people across the world had experienced some type of angelic encounter.
