Discovering the Heart Chakra

A Chakra is an energy center in the body. The Heart Chakra, the green lotus of energy, is located right in the middle of the chest. It is the deepest Chakra in our core and controls our emotions, compassion and ability to love. It guides us in our relationships, helps us open up to love from other and wills us to share compassion with the world.

This lens will highlight the primary attributes of this fourth Chakra, Anahata, then describe how to recognize and work with issues based in the Heart.

What is a Chakra?
