Discovering the Heart Chakra
A Chakra is an energy center in the body. The Heart Chakra, the green lotus of energy, is located right in the middle of the chest. It is the deepest Chakra in our core and controls our emotions, compassion and ability to love. It guides us in our relationships, helps us open up to love from other and wills us to share compassion with the world.
This lens will highlight the primary attributes of this fourth Chakra, Anahata, then describe how to recognize and work with issues based in the Heart.
What is a Chakra?
A Chakra is an energy center in the body. There are seven primary Chakra points located in key areas of the body that regulate the flow of energy (prana, chi, qi) through the system.

What does "Blocked" mean?
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning "wheel" or "vortex" which reflects the shape and motion of the Chakra energy. A healthy Chakra is open in the center and spins smoothly in a clock-wise manner.
Is the Heart Blocked?

Some of the most common questions to ask about Heart Chakra issues involve our ability to love, trust and forgive.
Consider these Questions:
• Do you have satisfying, lengthy relationships?
• Do you feel you deserve to be loved?
• Are you having an extended bought with grief that can not seem to be resolved?
• Do you find yourself angry or bitter with people most of the time?
• Are you able to express compassion and appreciation for people you do not know?
Symptoms of a blocked Heart Chakra can manifest through the body or personality - sometimes a combination of both.

Emotional Imbalances:
• Codependency
• Jealousy
• Being a pleaser
• Being a martyr
• Lack of boundaries
• Withdrawn
• Anti-social
• Lonely
• Isolated
• Fear of intimacy
• Lack of empathy

Physical Imbalances:
• Bronchitis
• Hypertension
• Heart disease
• Heart attacks
• Circulatory problems
• Allergies
• Asthma
• Aching chest or upper back
• Lung cancer
• Breast cancer
• Pneumonia

- This is a great lens! I love everything to do with the heart. I think I talk about the four chambered heart on my Angeles Arrien lens! I love rose quartz. It is my favorite crystal.
Another thing to help with heart issues such as bitterness and to bring balance back is the act of forgiveness. That did wonders for me. Blessing this lens!
