I love meals time since we have been following this plan to eat and get fit and healthy. Me and my family are getting a well balanced diet with these recipes, my favorite dishes are the chicken they taste so tender and loads of flavour. More people need to change the way they eat and prepare meals because more of our population are getting over weight and there is no need in this day and age. Eating healthy has never been easier, there are so many healthy products on the market these days and there is a healthy alternative for just about anything, all you need is a bit of imagination and your half way there to leading a fitter and healthier lifestyle.

Children need a well balanced diet for normal activies to achieve all their goals, they need to be eat healthy and exercising instead of being stuck on the games consoles all day long. Children should do more outdoor activities and they will have so much fun and lets be honest if the kids are happy we are happy.

my view because sometimes preparing exciting and fancy food costs a lot but I'm very happy with this book it's like my bible the kids are enjoying meals times
