    I WOULD LOVE TO MEET THIS MAN HE IS ALSOME I WOULD LOVE TO SIT DOWN AND JUST CHAT WITH HE SEEMS SO DOWN TO EARTH I DON'T NEED TO TRAVEL WITH HIM OR ANYTHING THIS MAN COULD TEACH ME SOMETHING. MY WIFE SAID WRITE HIM EVEN IF YOU DON'T GET AN ANSWER IT'S A THRILL KNOWING YOU WROTE HIM

    Andrew what is with your potty mouth lately? You do not need to stoop to the level of Anthony Bourdain. I hope it is not for the ratings. The mouths of people on tv have gone to far and I hope you are not straying that way. You seem like a wonderful person and the bad language does not fit you. Keep eating the good stuff!

    I was very upset when I watched an episode on Syria last night. You and the other men were smiling while the Lama gets leashed by the legs, being tortured and butchered. It is very unethical even if different cultures have different traditions.

    I bet that I could eat anything that he can. I am trying to find his email address right now cause I want to meet him and challenge him to go to a country and i would be able to eat everything they would throw at me.     This guy would eat dog shit if somebody sprinkled spices on it, his colon will explode before he's 60 and his Paz colored shirts are more gross then what he eats.
    I do enjoy the travel part of it and Zimern is kinda-funny.

    Amazing ! I love the show , it's full of life culture and above all LAUGHS ! My favorite epsode is in Tokyo , Japan . The Chinese restraunt down in so called 'Memory Lane' Your little salamander drink looked quiet scrumptious .......... sorry lol it actually looked sorta gross but i probably would have downed it . LOL love keep going and keep changing , every episode i will be watching .......... number 1 fan , 10 years old

    I love his show BUT I cannot watch it anymore because of his lip smacking and eating with his mouth full. I work in a gourmet store and all the customers say the exact same thing. Poor table manners are a real turn-off and pretty classless--sorry!!

    I couldn't agree with you more. When he's eating he sounds like a whole herd of hogs at a slop trough. I can't imagine going to a restaurant with this boor. I too watched his show for a while until I could no longer listen to this slob eat. I also began wondering why he isn't a member of a circus side-show. They call people such as Andrew "geeks":i.e., a person that eats anything just to disgust people.

    I heard Andrew Zimmern on the Coast to Coast talk radio show. Did I understand him to say he is a recovering alcoholic? If so, how long has he been in recovery?

    It's truly entertaining to watch Andrew Z. in "Bizarre Foods" because he's got that genuine personality; plus he acts naturally. I admire his willingness to try anything (food or non-food) wherever he goes. One of the funniest scene was when he was in India and went to spa/oil massage, everything was going well 'til he tried to sit on a wooden or rattan chair with his oily body when it fell apart! That chair wasn't stable enough. It was hilarious!!!! :)) :)) everytime i think of it, i can't stop laughing. Thank goodness for the cow "urine" concoction that he drank, he was okay. I like and respect that guy very much. He's show is indeed one of my fav!

    He's such a friendly guy who obviously really, deeply enjoys food. He also seems to love giving back that joy to those who cook for him. I enjoy watching the smiles on the faces of people as he eats LOL :)

    I enjoy watching Andrew and at times get a bit jealous of the food he eats. He is real, however, I am a bit concern about his health particularly his weight.

    He is easy going, knowledgeable, interesting, and fun to watch. I would not want his job. I was a professional chef and believe his contribution to the culinary world is honest and endearing. By the way, I am a medical physician and enjoy his escape from the normal mundane routine of life and his genuine risk of health most of us would never dare to take.

    the way andrew describes food is amazing!!!!! in every aspect!! im a huge anthony bordain fan... but andrews details beat his by a long shot!!! Anthony's food technique is great also but totally unique personalities that make them who they are and who would want to change either one... great t.v.... thanks ;)

    i think he is brave and really cool to watch as he eats all that strange wicked food! i could watch people eating strange animals and bugs all day if they made more shows like that!!
