My paintings and Art work

I love the outdoors. I grew up in San Francisco and spent all my time outside. I currently live on top of a 4000' mountain with a 100 mile view in the Northern California Sierras. I really have a thing for the ocean and mountains, and you'll see that in my work. I grew up sailing in the bay, I learned to scuba dive at 13, we'd camp in the Seirras every summer. Like I said, I love the outdoors. I work with oils and mixed media. Recently I've been preparing the canvas with a sandy texture witch gives the painting a etheral quality.
