Depression
If you are feeling blue or often have a negative outlook on life, or have no desire to thrive this is often an indicator of low testosterone, the primary reason why andropause is impacting a male.

Sweating and hot flashes
Being unable to control body temperature even in a temperal environemtn is often a sign that hormones are off kilter. Therefore, sweating or hot flashes for no explained reasons is often an indicator oflow testosterone.

Decreased libido and erectile dysfunction
If your sexual experiences with your partner are weak, there is less of a desire to be intimate, or your energy level diminishes easily, espeically during intimacy, there is often a correlation betweenlow testosterone and andropause.

Fatigue
Always feeling tired, even after you wake up from a good night sleep. Get tired easily from doing trivial tasks. A lack of energy and inability to thrive can often be attributed to andropause.

Poor concentration and memory
Need to focus on something important but just can't seem to get your hands around it. Always procrastinating even though you know you can't. Or do you continually memorize things, but they seem to escape your mind - this is all signs of andropause.

Decreased muscle mass
Men whose skin is soft and supple but used to have visible muscle mass, but can no longer feel anything underneath are often times being impacted by andropause.

Sleep disturbance
Do you have insomnia? Or do you sleep too much only to feel unrested? When a person develops sleep apnea or has insominia, there is often a correlation betweenlow testosterone and the sleep disturbance. This is also a red flag indicator for andropause.

Osteoporosis
Are you bones not as strong as they used to be. Do you have an issue absorbing calcium. Or not have enough Vitamin D. These are also indicators of andropause.

Body fat gain, particularly abdominal weight gain
Have you all of a sudden gained a belly? Or is your trunk expanding despite the fact your diet and exercise routine has not changed. Often times, muslce turns into fat, and that results in a chain reaction - to andropause.

Aches and pains
Back pain, joint pain, arthritis. These are all signs of bodily aging and lowered testosterone levels. This means andropause is probably being to flurry.

Loss of height
Are you getting shorter? This is a key as your body often produces more estrogen than testosterone in these instances - hence you have been impacted by andropause.
