Angel Paintball Guns
My Sweet Angel

There were paintball markers before John Rice and his Angel hit the scene but in 1997 he helped change everything with the production of his Angel Paintball Guns. Not only did he eliminate the rapid trigger finger technique with his new electropneumatic gun but he moved the look and feel away from the old WW2 stylings of many of the markers to a sleek, easy to handle, modern piece of techno art.
Even though he designed the gun for the Pro player it was not very long before word got out just how fantastic these markers were and even the steep price didn't stop parents from getting little Jimmy an Angel.
Being able to control the timing of the firing mechanism electronically was key to being able to fire off paintballs at an amazing 15 shots per second and not cut paint. His dual bore infinity barrels also moved paintball technology ahead providing even greater accuracy, acceleration and a quieter shot.
So where does the Angel go in the future?
More refinements ,more technological advances and more of those sweet Sci Fi looking Angel Paintball Guns.
A mother, who had just watched her son and his friends play paintball, admonished the field owner. "If you gave all of them flags, they would get along better and not shoot each other." (True story)

- The original paintball guns were actually gas-powered guns that the forestry industry used in order to mark trees and trails. Some farmers used them to mark cattle. After these weapons were redesigned in order to provide better speed and safety, they started being used in a recreational way. The start of the paintball gun (also known as the "marker") refers to the good old trusty pump action gun.
