Honorary Angel

This past October, I was welcomed into the wonderful group of Squidoo Angels that bless the amazing lenses here on Squidoo.  One of the differences between me and most of the other angels is that I am an honorary angel.  I am not one of the angels that have official categories to monitor.  I am one of the lucky Squidoo mentors that were allowed to join this time around.  Greeters are also among this lucky group of honorary angels.  This lens is about my goings-on here at Squidoo and the wonderful lenses that I get to bless.

UPDATE: I am no longer an angel, but I'm always on the lookout for inspiring lenses.

Flying Blind

All You Need is Pixie Dust

Being an honorary angel, I am not assigned categories to monitor. I basically browse around Squidoo and bless (or ding) any lens that I feel deserves it. I am flying blind though. I may miss a great lens that really deserves a blessing. I want to bless...I need to bless. I need your help. If you have a lens that you think is amazing; that you poured your heart and soul into, I want to know about it. All you have to do is read the list of things that I look for in a bless-worthy lens. If you think your lens passes my criteria, leave the link and you may find some angel dust blowing your way.

Just in case you were curious, the list of new angels can be found in the forum here. The honorary angels include the Giant Squid Greeters and the Citizen Squid Mentors.

Bless-Worthy Lenses Should:

Have correct grammer and spelling

Not have default module headings

Not contain porn or foul language

Showcase your personality

Keep the reader interested

Not contain spam or misleading links

Have beautiful, credited photos

Have a completed bio of the lensmaster

Charity Mentors

Why I'm an honorary angel

I am a Charity Mentor here in Squidoo. Mentors were allowed to become honorary angel this time around so that is how I got my wings. If you want to learn more about the charity mentors and what we do, feel free to check out this lens made by SquidooKimberly.

Beautiful lens! It's a shame you're no longer an angel. What happened?

I have noticed something about Angels flying blind...most of the Angels I have visited and asked if they could at least drop by and view my lenses, never have bothered...to me this is disturbing, as I make a point of visiting everyday some lenses, commenting, plus rating and I'm not an Angel.. I do this to encourage others... so I do hope you take time to at least view my lenses.
