Are you quick to blame other people before getting all the facts?

Are you easily provoked? I mean do you find yourself jumping to conclusions very easily and raising your voice to people at the slightest feeling of discomfort? Have you recently shouted at someone, possibly accused them of being the source of your anger and later regretted having done so?

Anger is a natural emotional response that all people feel. It is the level of influence that is unnatural. In certain situations, a little discomfort builds and builds until there is so much pent up energy that they have to release it. This unfortunately can lead to violent behaviour and result in resentment and fear in other people. Never knowing when it's going to happen again, the people close to someone suffering from excessive anger and bitterness will tread lightly and might never reveal their true feelings.

Families have been destroyed, marriages lead to divorce due to heightened levels of anger. Just like any drug, the more you have, the more you need. Anger fuelled by immense frustration, discomfort and stress, increases the release of adrenaline in the body, this can block out rational thought.

I've known people that have gotten all worked up, built up the courage, marched across town to confront someone, only to find that no one was home. The interesting thing was that it was just a misunderstanding in the first place. What if all that energy used to build up so much anger could have been used creatively to help others, or intensify the passion in your life?

There are many remedies that help to dull the symptoms of anger sufferers; relaxation techniques often just work for a while until the stress of daily life kicks in again to ruin the day.

Getting along with other people can be challenging at times when opinions differ, this is one of the learning experiences we all endure in life. Choosing to get along is the first step to healing.

One of the most effective ways to change a person's process for getting angry is through hypnosis, and it's really simple. How does that sound?

You see if you learn how to channel your anger in a productive way, use it in the garden, sports and family activities. In finding what works best for you, normally requires a little training as to how to use this powerful emotion to your advantage.

How does that sound?  - Simple words: Anybody can become angry, that is easy; but to be angry with the right person, and to the right degree, and at the right time, and for the right purpose, and in the right way, that is not within everybody's power, that is not easy. -- Aristotle

I'm here to tell you that you can learn to take control, that you can learn to be more effective at controlling your emotions and begin to banish the anger and resurrect it only when you need it.
