'Saber Alter' is a fictional character from the Japanese visual novel and anime series Fate/stay night created by TYPE-MOON. In the anime series' 'Heaven's Feel' episode, Saber was consumed by darkness by Angra Mainyu and turned into Sakura's Servant, 'Black Saber.' She is later defeated and killed by Shir. This Saber figure is one of those kinds of toys. She is, simply put, beautiful, and clearly meant more for display than to be played with. The re-tooled armor and dress is intricate, well sculpted, and very attractive. The accessories are appropriate, and fit correctly into her hands. The paint job, like most toys these days, is exceptional. She is fairly articulate, and the joints are well disguised, so she doesn't have that marionette look that most action figures suffer from.
