Rising actress AnnaLynne McCord plays Naomi Clark on the new series 90210. She can also be seen as the head cheerleader of the Panthers, a rival cheer team in the new movie "Fired Up". Recently, McCord was in "The Haunting of Molly Hartley." Next up for AnnaLynne, she will be seen in the upcoming movie Amexica (now completed) and slated for release in 2009. AnnaLynne McCord Is In Talks To Play Heidi In New Moon, Sequel To Twilight
What's this? It looks like AnnaLynne McCord might be appearing in New Moon, the second of the Twilight series. She auditioned for the role of Heidi, who brings humans as food for the vampire brood to feed on. Her rumored boyfriend Kellan Lutz was in the first movie, called Twilight and will also appear in the sequel: New Moon.For McCord, this would be a great role if she gets it even though it is a small one. Being cast in a hit movie would only make her that much more in demand.
If you've been living under a rock, the Twilight movies are based on the novels written by bestselling author Stephanie Meyers, beloved by the teenaged crowd and recently given the big screen treatment. Starring Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan and Robert Pattinson as her vampire Edward Cullen, as starcrossed lovers.
Filming of New Moon is slated for early spring in Washington state and Italy.

90210 star AnnaLynne McCord was at the 5th Annual Hollywood Style Awards where she spoke up about so-called rumours of tension on the 90210 set. AnnaLynne says that she spends most of her time alone. "I'm kind of a loner, so I do my work and go to my trailer. I haven't had anything, it's been super cool. In regards to filming the show, AnnaLynne said, "It's acting, we get to dress up and play pretend. It's fun. The hours are long. Molly (Haley Bennett) is a 17 year old girl who has physically recovered from a stab wound inflicted by her mother, but the psychological scars that remain run deep.To help her begin a new life after her trauma, her father has moved her into a new school. Now, in her posh new private school, Molly is finally starting to fit in, as she draws the attention of super popular rich-kid, Joseph (Chace Crawford, from "Gossip Girl").
With her eighteenth birthday approaching, Molly is haunted by nightmares of her mother's attack upon her while dealing with the stress of being the new girl in school.

Born on July 21, 1987, and originally from Atlanta Georgia, AnnaLynne McCord is the third of three sisters and has been interested in performing since she was very young. Encouraged by her family, AnnaLynne started acting in local theater events before she was 10 years old. A stellar student, McCord graduated at 15 years of age near the top of her class. She then signed with a Miami-based talent agency with the ultimate goal of becoming an actress.AnnaLynne wanted to try acting, but chose the tried and true method that most young unknowns usually follow by starting with modeling. She got her first taste of fame by modeling and appearing in music videos and working as a top model for highly regarded companies like Estee Lauder.

Moving to New York City so she could be available for possible acting roles, AnnaLynne was signed up by a new agency and began studying acting at the William Esper Studio.Her roles started coming and McCord appeared in small roles on The O.C. and Cold Case, and then landed a two-episode stint on the hit series Ugly Betty in 2007 as Petra, a former love of Eric Mabius. After a string of successful TV guest appearances, McCord got a one-shot spot on the massive hit CSI: Miami.
With her increasingly impressive collection of guest-starring roles, McCord started being noticed in TV land and in 2007, AnnaLynne McCord won her first regular role on the series American Heiress on MyNetworkTV.

Known for playing a range of vixen-type roles, McCord first gained prominence in 2007 as the scheming Eden Lord on the FX television series Nip/Tuck, and as the pampered Loren Wakefield on the MyNetworkTV telenovela American Heiress. In film, she has appeared in the action feature Transporter 2, as well as the thriller Day of the Dead.
In 2008, she was the second actor to be cast in the CW series 90210, portraying antiheroine Naomi Clark. Initially, the part of Clark was conceived as a supporting role. However, by the end of the first season, various media outlets had begun referring to McCord as the series' lead.
Apart from acting, she has also contributed to charities in her free time, and has been labeled by the Look to the Stars organization as "one of the strongest young female philanthropists standing up in Hollywood and fighting for the charities she believes in." In 2009, McCord was nominated for a Teen Choice Award, and received the Hollywood Life Young Hollywood Superstar of Tomorrow award.
