My name is Carolyn Cecil I am a notary in Oklahoma. I am a christian God fearing woman. I have several web sites. one is www.needatitleokc.com and one is www.needatitleokc.net. I have an office in my home. I have regular customers that come to get titles notarized but mostly I do title work for people who have vehicles and can not get a title. I have several salvage yards in my area that I do their title work and some wrecker services too. I guess you would have to say thats my niche is title work on moving vehicles. I have been doing this for more than 20 years because we owned a salvage yard and had a used dealer license with it so i know about cars.. I did all the paperwork.
I also file for title 42 on motorcycles, mobile homes, boats, semi truck and trailers,
campers, motor homes, vans, jet skis any that that has a vin number.

I really enjoy seeing the faces of the people that are so happy to get the paper work back so they can go get their vehicle tagged to be legal to use and the title comes shortly after. I have had such thrills seeing the happy expressions on a persons face when I hand them the paper work to an antique vehicle or a motorcycle and how about a mobile home. I have some thrilling rewards to see people shout for joy.

Out Of State

Title Work

Are you an Oklahoma resident that has a vehicle from out of state that needs a title. I can help you with that. I haven't figured out how to do out of state yet because they are all different. If you are bringing in vehicles that from another state say you are in the air force at Tinker and you have brought in a vehicle you forgot to put in your name before you came to Oklahoma a no no. I can do a title 42 on it for you and get it where you can get it tagged and have a title in your name win a vin inspection. There are alot of people that will not even mess with these as it is to hard for them to do. You have to have patience because some times it takes a couple of months for the process to go through but in the end you will have a title and tag. That is better than never having them street legal.

My office

Always on the phone

Seems like I am always on the phone but that is part of my job. My cell phone is 405-314-6356. I love the comforts of my home but I also am disciplined enough to get my work done. I know I have things I have to do every day. I go to the tax commission office every morning by 8:00 and my mail run is between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. I send out information to call in customers every day.
