The real extent of vitamin E's medicinal abilities is an Anti aging secret!

- Nice information on anti aging and the benefits of vitamin E.
However, you missed one of the best anti aging secrets and that secret is to not only use vitamin E on the inside of you but on the outside too. Using vitamin E either every night or every other night on your face before you go to bed works wonders on your skin. Just use it like a lotion or you can use it under makeup to protect your skin from the ravages of aging.

- I enjoyed reading this page about vitamin E and all its health benefits. Vitamin E is a really versatile vitamin. Even though its anti aging capabilities are well established, I think its fair to include it under the anti aging secrets banner because still a secret for so many who don't have any interest in their health or eating well
