Do They Exist?
Do foods that fight aging exist? Have you ever heard the saying that the key to remaining young is eating properly? Maybe you have also heard that there are certain foods that contain certain properties, unique components that literally make them anti-aging foods. There is a lot of deceiving information out in the world about aging and the ways to prevent it, but the advice people are getting about eating properly is something we would all do well to pay attention to.
The Foods:
Anti-aging food sounds too good to be true: could it possibly really be that easy? As scientific research discloses more and more about just how the human body works, what foods encourage a healthy body, and what foods can cause physical stress, it is becoming clear that many of the life threatening diseases experienced by aging people are the result of both an unhealthy lifestyle and a poor diet. Many foods, in particular, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains contain antioxidants, while a few are amazingly high in these beneficial anti-aging food molecules. Three of the leading foods are blueberries, red kidney beans, and cranberries.
Anti-aging food stars consist of the whole vegetables and fruits. Proteins should come mostly from beans, nuts, and seafood, while keeping dairy, poultry and red meat products to a minimum. Healthy fats include olive oil.
