The Whimsical Birdcage

I love ornate, antique birdcages, don't you? They make great decorations and although they wouldn't be good for holding birds anymore, they'd be great for keeping yarn or glass ornaments or fairies in. I've collected some bird cages here for you to peruse.

I use my bird cage to hold a bird but it's not an antique (neither the cage nor the bird). Good lens!

We don't have an antique bird cage but I do think they are beautiful. We have an old one with our bird, Henrietta, in it. She makes a very noisy decoration.

I have an antique black one that looks like the one in your intro. I wonder if it is worth anything. Nice lens.
