Ray and Carolyn Rothwell live on a few acres in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country.  From this scenic setting the Rothwells ship their antiques across the USA.

Personally selected antiques are brought to their "warehouse"...a converted barn...where they are inspected, cleaned and waxed.  "We want them ready to place in our customer's home when they leave our property."

The next important job is letting our customers SEE and READ about the details of the fabulous values Vintage Home is offering on EBay.  When developing ads for EBay, Carolyn places many photos in the ad and she describes the item up for bid thoroughly.  "I try to show our customers what I would want to see and know when making a purchase on EBay."

Ray loves questions about Vintage Home & Garden Products.  He is responsible for answering customer's questions and concerns.  He is ready to email or pick up the phone to discuss any question or concern.  He knows and believes in the beautiful furniture we select for our customers.

Shipping is also Ray's area.  He makes sure our customers are informed from the point of sale to the arrival of their furniture or accessories.  We have the VERY BEST packers and shipper in the Hill Country.  All of our goods are professionally packed to assure the safest trip possible to their destination.  Shipping is an after the sale step that Vintage Home knows is very important to YOU, our valued customer.  It is another reason we have MANY repeat buyers.

Carolyn has a special heart for English and French antiques.  "These old pieces just speak to me and that is how I decorate my own home.  However, I also enjoy the mix of pieces from American to Vintage anything.  The older and more unique the better.  Our guest house is another converted barn.  We have decorated it with many interesting pieces of American antiques and memorabilia (flags, quilts, pottery, etc.) and have blended it with the Shabby Chic Style, English Country and Flea Market."

Carolyn has an artist's touch.  She is an award winning Watercolor Artist and has had her own clothing line.  She lives and breaths creativity and understands pulling a look together.  "In decorating you first need the tools of some great furniture pieces.  From there you can build your own special look."

Ray oversees the Office, Warehouse, Customer Service and Shipping for Vintage Home and Garden.  He brings years of experience to the business.  He has served as president and CEO of a major insurance company and has run several other companies including his own agency.  He loves people and if you have bought from us you probably have had an email or personal call from Ray.  You, our customers, are Very Important to him.
