Personally I've been collecting vintage fishing lures for years. I have some nice boxes, wooden lures, and even some old manuals. However I must say, I have actually been fishing with some of my collection more recently. I know I know. I am not crazy. I just really think the craftsmanship & details are so much nicer than todays lures. I mean when I pull out an old heddon & start casting, the fish start biting like crazy. Maybe it's just because no one else is stupid enough to fish with any part of their vintage lures. But then again why have something if you cant enjoy it right?
