DISCOVERING THE TOWN OF LOSTWITHIEL

Cornwall is a beautiful county to live in. It is somewhat detached from the increasing hurly burly of 21st century life, and I am lucky enough to live here. We moved to a small town called Lostwithiel in 1986. Lostwithiel has a population of about 3000 and its centre lies on the banks of the River Fowey, which is one of the main rivers in cornwall that begins somewhere way up on Bodmin Moor and finally empties itself out into the sea at Fowey. If you do not think of it as a beautiful part of the country to live in, then I challenge you to come here and look for yourself. I think you may change your mind. There are about seven antique shops in Lostwithiel dealing in a variety of antiques.
