2. Remove stimulants form your body like caffeine and sugar. When you experience an anxiety attack you will find that a body stimulated by these products will elevate your attack. Eliminating these from your diet will lesson your symptoms during an attack.

3. If you do not exercise, start now. Exercise has a way of calming you down by releasing stress. Also exercise will help bring down the levels of adrenaline and energy to normal and prevent an attack from getting worse.
