My Anxiety and Panic Attack Symptoms

Where is the biggest problem after the first panic attack? In your mind! You have to learn how to stop anxiety and panic attacks, and the way to learn that is to learn how to deal with panic and anxiety attacks. The fact is after you experienced your first panic attack, you cannot help but wonder when the next one is going to happen! You know exactly what I mean, right? You wake up wondering if it is going to happen today? Or at work, or in school?

The fear in you head prevents you from living a normal life. This problem affected my life to the point where I did not want to socialize?

And because of this, I implemented a lot of home remedies into my life to reduce number of anxiety and panic attacks, in addition, Joe Berry's Panic Away guide has helped me enormously! Because it is about stopping the fear, once that is done, you will be panic free.

I can rembember My First Panic Attack Like it Was Yesterday

Most people remember their first panic attack because they lived through the worst day of their life....Here is what happened to me!

I woke up early. Around 5 am...My heart was pounding like crazy.... Sweating all over and hands shaking....I thought I probably had a night mare. But I could not sleep any more so I got up and went to work.

An hour later, I had a full blown Panic attack. I could not breathe..I was white as a sheet... And my co-workers were ready to call 911. Which made me freak out even more...

BUT...That wasn't the worst of it...The fear after was even worse...I simply could not get over that fear...And that fear was taking over my life!

What Does Joe Berry's Guide Do?

The problem of the Panic Attack is the fear! Don't you find yourself wondering, will it happen again, when will it happen again, will I get through it? So the only way to cure this is to get rid of the fear. There is no other way out!

The way most of us approach it, is to start fighting with that first thought of fear that enters our mind! I don't want to think about it! I refuse to acknowledge this thought that entered my mind! So now with that fear, we combine the unhappy feelings! And we get anxiety from it and the next is panic attack.

Joe Berry's Panic Away showed me how to control those thoughts without getting disturbed by it!

The difference: Cured and not Cured!

You see, the difference between people who are cured of panic attack is very simple. Those who are cured are no longer afraid of panic attacks, while those who still feared the attack are still not cured.

That is what bothered me with medication for panic attacks. You see, I used to carry my pills with me where ever I went. On vacation, to visit with family or friends. I did not take the medication all the time, but when ever I started feeling anxious and started fearing panic coming my way, I felt better if the medication was close to me. Sometimes I took it and sometimes it felt good just to know they are close to my hand.

That is why I say it is all in our mind. My mind felt better knowing there was temporary solution to that problem!

Cure without medicine?

I have been able to almost cure myself with home remedies and Joe Berry's Techniques. I do not take medication any more. I know others have done the same. I believe the cure is within us. What is your opinion?

Do not get me wrong. Medication was a great quick fix, but I wanted to resolve my problem permanently. I needed to take action to fix my anxieties.

You CAN Cure the Anxiety WITHOUT Medication!

I am really so happy to see that most people believe they can cure their anxiety attacks without medication. I am the living proof of that. I use to carry around pills with me where ever I went. I just did not know when my next anxiety was going to happen, so I needed "my life line"! Trust me, it feels great not to have to go through that again... The first step is to admit you have the problem as many people live in disbelief and the fear. Trust me there is no need for that. If you have been searching for the cure for anxiety attacks. You will notice that many people have the same problem as you do! Know that you are not in this alone, and know that others are panic free too!

Top Five Things To Do to Stop Your Panic Attacks!

The fix does not happen over night, but if you get serious withing few weeks you should have noticeable results!
  • Change Your Eating and Drinking Habits
  • Change Your Exercising Plan
  • Learn Relaxation Methods
  • Talk it Out
  • Start Getting some whole body exercise!

My Symptoms!

After my first panic attack, my personal life suffered! I had to take a control of my life as soon as possible! Personally, my five major panic attack symptoms were were fear of dying, heart pain (feels that way), chest tightening, fatigue, and sleepless nights!

You will notice that I refer to Anxiety and Panic Attacks, as the same thing. There is a difference between the two! During my research, I discovered that symptoms are very similar, the only main difference is that anxiety attacks last longer than panic attacks. But at the same time, ways to deal with the problem are the same.

Most common anxiety attack symptoms:

1. Body temperature increase or decrease
2. Either too fatigued or excess of energy
3. Feeling of getting sick such as catching a cold or flu
4. Chest pain or discomfort
5. Fear of dying
6. Heart beat problems
7. Waking up ill in the middle of the night and Jolting awake
8. Frequent bad dreams
9. Lack of appetite or taste
10. Frequently being in a bed mood sometime depression as well
11. New fears are born (such as losing control)
12. Feeling overwhelmed or that it is too much to handle
13. Constant fear of what people think about you, that you will make a fool of yourself (Insecurities!)
14. Having to force yourself to breath

I almost completely cured my panic attacks and it was done with two things! Making changes to my lifestyle and using Joe's Panic Away Guide! Changes in my diet really reduced the number of panic attacks, but I still lived with that fear!

What is your symptom?

Possibly Why it Happened to Me!

For me it was just too many disturbing events at once! First my father suffered mild stroke and I could not visit him since he lives far away and my wife was pregnant.

Second, my wife was ordered to bed rest because she hurt her back and baby was due any day!

Third, too much pressure from work, school (getting my Bachelor degree) and all of a sudden I just had to keep it all in, and it had to happen!

Your opinion!

Since it is my belief that anxiety is cause by distress (psychological suffering - upsetting circumstances) or stress (fatigue and emotion tension) I thought it would be nice to know what you think!

6 Steps to deal with Anxiety

Here are the 6 basic steps I implemented from my research and they have helped me when dealing with my anxieties.

1. The most important issue for me was alcohol and coffee (Nicotine can trigger the attacks as well.)Now a glass of wine may calm you, but if you over drink, the next day you may get anxiety or panic attack!
2. Once I got rid of coffee and alcohol, I started looking for natural teas in local health stores for anxieties. Those really help me and instead of coffee I drink the tea. Here is one that is good Yogi Calming tea! and you can also try this products A+ TestCalmer it is a 100% natural formula.
3. Talking to my wife and some very close friends about the fears I was facing made the difference as well. Basically just getting it out of my system. Trust me, I saved a lot of money this way, instead of going to therapist.
4. In addition, talking with others who had the same or similar issues.
5. Methods of relaxation such as breathing or if possible some light exercise (Which in my case was more difficult but still possible.)
6. Avoiding sugar and adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet.

However the fact is, that these steps will help lower the number of anxiety attacks, but you need to change your mind set. You do not want to live in fear, you want to live in peace!

You can also Do Yoga Exercises to Help with Anxiety Attacks!

Most people are skeptical about natural remedies for anxiety attack. But you see, it has been proven that exercise helps you with getting rid of the anxiety attacks. Yoga is a calming exercise so it works out great.

If you have not done Yoga before, don't worry, there are a lot of people who have not. I can't do it due to my physical abilities, but I know few friends who are into Yoga, and they are so much more positive and relaxed.

There is a great DVD for the Beginners to yoga that you can get. It is really good at explaining all the steps and exercises you can do. You most likely won't regret it.

I had three options!

1. Try some home remedies listed above! They will reduce the number of anxieties, but they will still happen!
2. Taking the pills Doctors prescribe and be dependent on them, some people are o.k. with that, for me that was not the solution! I don't mind a pill every once in a while for headache, but I just do not like being dependent on it!
3. And try Panic Away
I opted for the first and the third choice. I am almost completely panic attack free!

This Has Worked for Me and Many others!

I hope this short guide will help you when dealing with your anxiety attacks. It is good to know that you are not alone with this issue. Every day more and more people are having anxiety attacks.
Panic Away
and surrounding myself with the good friends have helped me deal with my anxieties.

No matter what your situation is, make sure you don't let it get out of hand. Don't wait too long. If you have a problem seek help. Get ready to use some natural remedies to easy your anxieties.

The anxiety attacks are scary. I was so close to real death 15 years ago, but when anxiety attacks started to happen, somehow it was scarier than the real deal.

Of course this is all based on my anxiety attack symptoms (and research I did) and ways I learned to deal with anxiety attacks! I truly hope this will help you as well.

I've been having severe panic or anxiety attacks which started after i have given birth last year. They've been so bad that i had to be brough to the ER more than a couple of times. At times, i've been successful in controlling it but lately it seemed to win its war against me. i've tried every tip given to me and there are times when they work and some times when they don't. I'm just simply tired of this. Almost anything triggers the attack and i really hate it when it happens and i'm in a public place. Any help would be really appreciated.
