Do You Have These Anxiety Attack Symptoms?

For many of us, having anxiety attack symptoms seems just that... but did you know that many symptoms of anxieties are similar to those of more serious medical conditions? It's true! This is exactly why you should always get checked out first by your family doctor. Just to rule them out.

After being diagnosed with anxiety attacks, you can now have a more focused plan of action to put to stop this debilitating condition so that you can start living a normal life again.

Sounds pretty simplistic, but it can be easier than you think. But the very first thing you must do if you haven't done it yet is... see your doctor! Just to be sure.

And yes, it won't always be easy for many of you. And why? Well, having panic and anxiety attacks can be construed as a weakness or you may think that some people will judge you as "crazy."

But nothing can be further from the truth. You see, there are millions of folks out there... all around the world... that also suffer from anxieties too.

So know this, you are not alone.

Now, anxieties, by and large, are usually a normal part of just about everyone's life. But for some people, anxieties can really get out of control. So instead of the "normal" worrying about going to school or work... worries about changes or things that you cannot control... some of us constantly worry about the little things. And worry all day and night.

At some point, all this worrying and anxiety starts to restrict your everyday functions. It can get so bad that you don't even want to get out of bed... or leave the house!

What Exactly Are Anxiety Attacks?

Anxiety Attack SymptomAs I mentioned previously, having some anxieties are normal. It is just part of who we are. Our distant relatives used anxieties to survive. It is called, "Fight or flight" response. When our ancient relatives faced impending danger... they would have noticed their bodies changing... there would be a temporary surge in adrenaline... they would feel like a super hero...

And our distant relatives would have to make an instantaneous decision to either run away as fast as they can from the danger... or stay and fight.

But in today's world... although there are some dangers... we probably don't face the kinds of dangers they did.

So some anxieties is perfectly normal and to be expected... but the real truth is too much anxieties isn't helpful to us.

And at that point, the anxieties begin to rob your perspectives and "steal" away your normal life. Instead, you can become disabled by fears, phobias and anxieties. It can get so bad that you cannot do the functions of ordinary living anymore.

And the anxiety attacks symptoms can lead to anything from having trouble sleeping and being tired all the time. As we all know, not getting enough sleep can have an adverse effect at our job because we would be more prone to making mistakes that we would not ordinarily make.

Symptoms of Anxiety Attacks

Symptoms of Anxiety AttacksSome of those who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks report their heart felt like it was going to leap from their chest. They report that their heart would pound so hard that they thought they were having a heart attack and were going to die.

Again, this is just another reason for you to go to your doctor and rule out any heart problems and come to the conclusion that you were just experiencing panic attacks. Which by the way, does sound bad... but is far more preferable to having heart diseases. You see, heart conditions can be irreversable... but panic and anxiety attacks can be cured...

Another symtpoms of anxiety attacks is rapid breathing. It is also called, hyperventilating. Same thing. You may also suffer from headaches and notice that your extremities [the toes and fingers] feel hot or a tingling sensation. You may feel dizzy and a lot of people report that they get that feeling that they are just about to die.

In short, having anxiety and panic attacks is just a combination of really horrible feelings. But see, it is just your body responding to the signals that your brain is sending to them. There is NOTHING seriously wrong with you [again, after your doctor diagnose that you have panic attacks and not any serious medical conditions].

Just because you have anxieties and panics... does NOT mean you are in any danger. But yes, you sure do feel like your world is coming to an end. It is just a matter of "reprograming" your brain so that anxieties and panics will no longer bother you.

The key thing here is to acknowledge that you do have this condition. And surprisingly, you are on the road to recovery sooner than later. I say this because many sufferers of panics can have this condition for decades. I'm not kidding here. And the reason for that is numerous. But I'm going to pick out a few good reasons why folks don't seek out help quicker - the fear that people think you are crazy... the idea that ONLY you have this problem [not true - there are millions in every country].

So seek help... from your doctor... from someone that you trust... and make that extra effort to find out how to end those symptoms of anxiety attacks... once and for all so that you can live a normal life again... like you should.

I wish you a full recovery as quickly as possible,

Kate
