    Great information. Panic attacks are a common problem and I think its best to try to alleviate the symptoms without drugs.

    This is a good lens. My favourite method has always been meditation. Some people find that beneficial, others prefer drugs. Meditation has helped me a lot with my anxiety attacks, especially when I am in work

    Great lens! A lot of good information. I sometimes start to get anxious about things I think are going "wrong" in my life, so I spend some time listing out all the things I am thankful for... helps with perspective. I do hope anyone who struggles with anxiety to the extent that it hinders daily activity will get professional help -- it can get better!

    I haven't had any full on attacks, but when I feel anxious, meditative present moment awareness and introspection into my thoughts, then listening to someone inspirational.

    I have heard good things about 5 htp from someone I know who had attacks.

    Good job on the lens! I think that you can do good things with this information to help people out in times of stress and anxious moments in life. I do not suffer from these but I think you're doing a good thing with this info, and if I could be bold enough to suggest Buddhism as well which has helped me in my current situation and with life in general.
