Fear can be so intense that one suffers anxiety because of it. Anxiety is that feeling of dread and/or panic that is felt that causes them to suffer from different physical discomforts including nausea, difficulty breathing, tremblling and a variety of other sensations.

People suffering from any kind of anxiety phobia disorders tend to feel an strong feeling of doom that prevents them from further facing their fear.

Fear is a normal human thing. When the body feels fear it gives a fight or flight response by releasing hormones and cause the blood and heart pressure to rise, blood to be rerouted from the stomach and internal organs to the limbs, increase of respirations and senses are heightened.

Public speaking is a common fear that can cause the person with a social phobia to feel nauseated, tremors, rapid heartbeat and begin to sweat more. Some other common fears are eating in front of peoplem that they will choke in their food or cause any kind of embarrassment.

Those who suffer from both anxiety disorders, they will go to great extremes to avoid social situations that will cause anxiety. People with anxiety phobia order will also avoid seeking for help.
