What Causes Anxiety Attacks?
And there is a misconception in our society that we cannot bring up to talk about these mental issues because it is uncomfortable and those who suffer from the symptoms of anxiety, stress and panics are "crazy."
Let me assure you, nothing can be further from the truth. In fact, if you look at my list of celebrities and historically important people also suffered from anxiety attacks and panic attacks... you'll notice a lot of people have this condition.
So know this, you are definitely not alone. But you do need to move forward to ending the anxieties that is taking over your life to live a normal life again.
But let's talk a little about what exactly is anxieties? What is the purpose of being anxious? These are very good questions because you see, being anxious is something our distant ancestors used to survive... but I'll talk a little more about that below.
But a little or some anxiety is just perfectly normal for anyone to have. It is when you are worrying ALL THE TIME or excessively... then it could be a problem. Many times, you could be incapcitated by the anxieties that you may never leave the house because of your fears.
From there... your life can become very difficult to keep control of.
But we need to overcome that... and that is the whole purpose of this article... to get you on the right road to recovery so that you truly... can appreciate and live a normal life again without the fears, phobias or stress of your previous lifestyle.

In my opinion... not to seek help is even crazier! And there is help out there... but first thing you MUST do is seek medical advice from your doctor. If his/her diagnosis is that you do have a panic or anxiety disorder... they will give you some options. Either to take prescription medication or to go to therapy.
Either of these options may be good for you... but the truth is these options only treat the symptoms of anxieties. Not the end of your anxiety disorders.
But I am stepping ahead of myself here... to have too much anxiety simply means that you, or more specifically, your body is overreacting to the stimuli of the fear of danger. So those symptoms you are experiencing are very real. But know this... if you have been diagnosed with anxiety or panic attacks... you are never in any danger. It is just your body over-reacting to some danger that may not be so dangerous after all.
For instance, the fear of flying, sure, there is a possibility that the plane can crash... but is it probable? No... you have a much better chance of getting hurt in a car crash. So if you have a fear of flying... and start experiencing shaking, sweating and other symptoms of anxieties... is it rational? No! But it is happening... and most of the time you can't stop it.
Or can you?
Well, yes you can... but I'll talk about that later...
So, over-reaction from anxieties is the real reason you are experiencing anxiety attacks, panica attacks and even over-stressed conditions.

Causes of Anxiety Attacks
Anxiety attacks causes is when something happens in your life that you cannot deal with as easily to move on. You may find yourself revisiting these events, people and things over and over again.And the funny thing about us is that the fear of worrying that you are going to get another anxiety attack can bring on a panic attack. It is just the building up of anxieties until the overload just explodes and your body needs some relief to vent... and you may find yourself in the emergence room because some of the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks are similar to more serious medical conditions such as heart attacks.
Which is why I strongly suggest that you have your family doctor check you out completely to rule any other serious medical conditions out. From that point on... you should be able to focus on ending your panic disorders.

- great lens. I used to have anxiety attacks when I was both unemployed and when I was overworked. I feel like the more I learn about them the more I am able to control them and feel better!
