Public speaking hypnosis taps into the power of your own subconscious mind. It is a natural way to help alter your mental state.
Hypnosis itself has been around for many years.

It gives individuals a more healthy positive way of thinking and feeling.
Confidence is the biggest factor in anxiety when conducting public speaking.
If you are unsure of yourself you will be more likely to be nervous and overthink your performance.
Confidence is the key to being relaxed when you stand in front of a crowd of people to speak.
If you feel good it will be easier to project your message to the audience.
Public speaking hypnosis helps individuals notice when their body's response to stress begins and how to combat it naturally.
Public speaking hypnosis makes an individual focus inwards by using deep relaxation techniques.
The deep relaxation techniques in public speaking hypnosis builds inner self-belief. This self-belief is vital for confidence when speaking publicly.
It also uses visualization techniques. Visualization techniques used in public speaking hypnosis taps into the power of your imagination to repeatedly rehearse the intended speech or presentation in your mind. This technique in hypnosis programs your mind for total success.
The speech delivery that you want to have has already been played out perfectly in your mind. Giving you a new level of assurance this technique is considered extremely effective.
There are two popular methods to start a public speaking hypnosis program.
The first method that is very popular is going to a hypnotherapist who specializes in public speaking anxiety. The snag is this can be quite expensive, which means it is not for everyone.
If you prefer an "in person hypnosis" session then visiting a hypnotherapist is a great solution.
For people who want a less expensive and more private solution to public speaking anxiety then public speaking hypnosis MP3s are the best alternative.
This way you can overcome your anxiety in the comfort of your home and listen to the track before an important speech.
Both methods are extremely effective. One of the best public speaking hypnosis MP3s I've found is here.

More About Public Speaking
Public speaking is the process of speaking to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain the listeners. The art and science of public speaking, especially in a North American competitive environment, is also known as forensics. The word forensic is an adjective meaning "of public debate or argument." The word is derived from the Latin forensis, meaning "of the forum."
In public speaking, as in any form of communication, there are five basic elements, often expressed as "who is saying what to whom using what medium with what effects?" The purpose of public speaking can range from simply transmitting information, to motivating people to act, to simply telling a story. Good orators should be able to change the emotions of their listeners, not just inform them. Public speaking can also be considered a discourse community. Interpersonal communication and public speaking have several components that embrace such things as motivational speaking, leadership/personal development, business, customer service, large group communication, and mass communication. Public speaking can be a powerful tool to use for purposes such as motivation, influence, persuasion, informing, translation, or simply entertaining.

I like your page. Anxiety too often leads to a fast speech where you can't even hear any of the words said. I find that the best tip is to learn to cite the first few sentences in your sleep. A good beginning most often leads to a terrific speech. And no one will know how nervous the you were. Breath deeply and find your "happy place" before entering the stage for a strong performance.
