EVER SEEN A GROWN MAN SCARED TO DEATH?

Though I don't look like it now, When this hit me, I assure you, I looked quite the opposite. OK, its not really me. I put this gentleman in because I liked his smil'n face. But the rest is true!

After practicing as a psychotherapist for 20 years, I thought I had experienced almost everything. I have seen this in my own clients but until it happened to me, you just don't know! I thought I was going to have a heart attack. On the outside, I tried to be cool but inside, I was freaked out! I didn't know if I was going to make it through the night. I went to the Emergency Room. After waiting to get in, the nurse and doctor's diagnosis came in, "anxiety attack". I responded, "Really! I feel like like my heart is pounding out of chest and my head is going to pop!" They explained to me this was typical even though my blood pressure was slightly elevated. Though I was relieved, I wanted it to stop, now!

When you are in this state, a pharmaceutical will be acceptable even though it may not be the best option. I took it to break up the pattern. I didn't know about herbology and at that time, I could not imagine that a formula would have been just as effective. In this stressed out state you want fast, potent relief.

These symptoms, I have found natural relief for:

  • Worry you might have a heart attack
  • Difficulty concentrating, short-term memory loss
  • Difficulty thinking, speaking, forming thoughts, following conversations
  • Disorientation
  • Fear of losing control
  • Fear of impending doom

Clients have found relief for:
  • Afraid of everything
  • Fear of going crazy
  • Feelings of unreality
  • Frequent feeling of being overwhelmed, or that there is just too much to handle or do
  • Having difficulty concentrating
  • Nightmares, bad dreams
  • Repetitive thinking or incessant 'mind chatter'
  • Short-term learning impairment, have a hard time learning new information
  • Short-term memory impairment, can't remember what I did a few days, hours, or moments ago
  • Spaced out feelings, feeling spaced out
  • "Stuck" thoughts; thoughts, mental images, concepts, songs, or melodies that "stick" in your mind and replay over and over again.
  • Trapped in your mind or feeling
  • You often feel you are carrying the world on your shoulders
  • This is the short list

You gotta have relief in an hour when something like this happens. And if you want a natural herbal medicine formula without potential side effects then read further for fast relief from nature.

CAUSE OF ANXIETY FROM ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE PERSPECTIVE

The formula derived from an old heart formula from Traditional Chinese Medicine for the heart and the application of herb extracts from American herbology utilized for improving the mood. One of my teachers from Sichuan Province-China, developed the heart formula 50 years ago. The primary formula benefit is nourishment and energy support for a healthy heart.

In particular, when the heart becomes weakened, or energy deficient, the ingredients aid the heart's energy, Instead of skipping a beat, the heart muscle runs smoothly. This calms the chest area. The additional herbs from North America, in combination with the Chinese development, relax all the channels from the heart to the brain. This relieves tension in the channels and circulation system which gives the sense of ease in the upper part of the body and head.

PERPETUATION OF STRESS - MIND-BODY-SPIRIT CONNECTION

When stress is experienced, the fight or flight response is more heightened as opposed to a neutral, thoughtful, analytical and non-reactive communication. With a habitual response of going beyond unrecognizable boundaries of energy reserves, eventually, the store of energy contained in the kidneys and adrenals becomes depleted. If the stressed person cannot stop themselves from running themselves down then eventually, the body will give out in one of a multitude of imbalances:

  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Anxiety
  • Allergies
  • Panic Attacks
  • Diabetes
  • Cancer
  • Heart disease
  • Digestive Problems
  • Insomnia
  • Spasms
  • Tremors
  • Paralysis (one side or both)
  • Emotional/Mental Imbalance

Many people, from my observation, continue in their burnout behavior, even though, they are becoming symptom and disease ridden. This strongly suggests that there is an additional psychic-spiritual component. In the past, a key person said something to wound the person and that keeps him or her locked into the destructive demeanor. The pattern is very similar to an addict who can't stop the dependency behavior on the drugs and lifestyle. In similar fashion, The person cannot stop the energy depletion cycle:

  • stay up late and burn out their adrenals
  • eat a diet that keeps them up at night and breaks down their digestive balance
  • career-work behaviors which exacerbates the body's energy deficiency syndromes.
  • take on more family resposibilities beyond their current physical capacity
After studying and writing on these conditions, I have determined that these imbalances are truely diseases of living in a modern civilization:

anxiety, chronic fatigue, diabetes, menopause/andropause, heart attack, stroke, cancer, obesity, arthritis, MS, shortened life span, etc.

The underpinning is an irrational spiritual conflict. People are caught in the belief they must continue in behaviors that sacrifice the body. They believe they have to work harder to be secure. But instead of making themselves secure, they do the opposite. They wear themsleves down til the adrenals/kidneys run down or adrenal fatigue sets in. Then, all the organs stacked above, that depend on the energy provided by them, start failing. The heart skips beats, we feel anxiety or palpitations. The liver is weak and so blood isn't filtered, the stomach hurts with nausea, gall bladder problems, then all the organs become undernourished. In this general, weakened, sluggish state, there is no wonder, we are overwhelmed and lost, as to which way to turn. Some will say to themselves, "I have to go harder!", when the body iscreaming, "Stop, take care of me!" Other voices have become too loud to hear.

Consider a car that is running out of gas. The engine sputters down the road. When the car is running on fumes, the car's movement is slow, stop and go, the electical instruments may go off and on, until eventually, the car comes to rest. Then down the road you go to the nearest gas pump. You promise yourself, "I'll never take that risk again."

Before that happens with your heart, give it some Heart Comfort or High Spirits and, of course, the most important, get plenty of rest. And if you can't rest, Heart Comfort will help. I tell you, I can barely keep my stock up. Its that good.

Take care of yourself, rest, exercise, be around caring people until you can master the challenges you are confronted with.
