I find this really helpful when I get a video file that is in a Windows format because I can just convert it to a format that my Mac can play. It's also good if you have a movie that you want to put onto, say an iPod, but the format isn't compatible. Just drag the video into Any DVD Converter, and convert the video to an iPod-specific format. It's really not that hard to do, and it works pretty well. The only thing I don't really like about the converting part of this program is that it makes a folder with the converted file in it instead of just having the converted folder.
