WORK AT HOME - ANYONE CAN

My work from home story began when I became a mom to a beautiful baby girl. As all parents know having children is a life changing experience and in some instances things just simply have to give.

One of them being my job. I found commuting back and to from work, the daycare drop offs and pick ups and of course my little one being placed in daycare was just not fitting in with our family lifestyle. The word exhausting springs to mind.

So after several years of this I'd had enough, this is when I got serious about finding something I could do at home or at least start to generate some sort of income so I could drop my hours in work and work part-time. I suppose I am what you would call a WAHM these days.

The site I discovered has totally changed my life. This is no joke.

I know how hard it is to find any type of work at home job. I've been there, got the t-shirt (in fact it's a very well worn out t-shirt with frustration written all over it.)

So believe me. I would simply not recommend a work at home business if I did not believe in it myself or in fact use the recommended business approach myself.

I AM AND STILL DO

The work at home business I found was a company called SBI, short for Site-Build-It.

Some of you may of heard of it but never explored the potential and wealth of information this little site has to offer (not sure why I said little) this site has an army of helpers in the SBI forum that are willing to help and guide you in the right direction.

So you are never alone (that is unless you want to be)

My work at home business is internet based and I am now the proud owner of my first ever web site. My web site is BabyShower-Simplicity.com This is my passion.

Did I know anything about web sites before I built this one. - Nope.
The only thing I did have was a basic understanding of computers. How to search on the internet for things, some basic understanding of excel, playing games on the internet and I could also type.

Did I need to know any fancy computer coding. - Nope
Which was great as I knew absolutely zilch.

Was the site easy to build - For Me No
I had a massive learning curve to climb as I had no experience in this field at all.
But you now what, this really did not matter to me. The learning is part of the SBI journey, go slow and be patient and eventually you will win the race.

Do you get help along the way - Bags of it.
As part of the SBI community you will find a warm and welcoming forum who are really their to help. They really are worth their weight in gold ( I know - I've asked lots of different questions in the forum and you always get kind friendly people who will go out of their way to help you.

The SBI Site also offers a tremendous amount of help. It's full of information and guides you through every step of the way.

How Long is the learning curve - How long is a piece of string.
I've been at this for two years and I am still learning. You find new and exciting things out all the time and eventually you want to learn and build on what you already know.

If you've got a real passion for something (it could be anything) from fishing, cats, holidays, gaming, golfing, gardening, raising money for your favorite charity the list is endless. Then this work from home business could be for you.

I am not saying it is easy - it's not (especially if you have no web site experience) but you simply learn and at your own pace.

You will get frustrated at it - I did and I must admit nearly gave up with it a few times as their just seemed so much to learn. BUT I'M STILL HERE and going strong.

If you have really got that fire in your belly you will overcome the learning curve and make your website succeed. This is what it is all about. YOU

It is your business and you have total control over it. So make it work and feel the passion, stay focused and you will end up with a work at home business you can be proud of.

This is not and I repeat myself this is not a get quick rich scheme, make a load of money overnight scheme or promise you a wealth of riches for little return scheme.

If your after this then without trying to be rude - My recommendations are not for you, please don't even bother to take a look at SBI.

This is a real business NOT a fly by the seat of your pants type of scheme.

This is your business and with all new business it takes time to grow, find it's feet so to speak, get noticed and expand.

So please do not expect your site to work miracles for you overnight. It won't , it takes time and patience to build and properly understand what is needed for your web site to succeed.
