Ooooohhh I love cheese balls, I managed to get a delicious recipe off of an old work colleague (only because I was moving overseas, she guarded it well!), three moves later and it's been misplaced. I'll have to try yours instead, now I wonder if I could swap the salmon with tuna..........

Yumm! You know, this is an absolutely wonderful HOLIDAY idea -- to make a homemade cheese ball. FYI, we found a cheese last night that hubby liked -- kind of unusual -- and I rather didn't -- a goat cheese in a roll with pepper on the outside. I'm thinking I might like to try a blend. Happy holidays to you!
