    Its amazing the education one get by reading lenses. I had never heard of these great uses for ACV and was not aware that it is even good for you. *-*Blessed*-* and featured on Sprinkled with Stardust

    Didn't know of all the good thing ACV is good for, but I personally do know of many you do have list. I like it in hot water with honey. Very nice lens.

    You've made me want to start back on Apple Cider vinegar again. I started drinking a tablespoon in water because I wasn't making enough stomach acid and was having pain after eating (more common than people think). A few days of ACV and all was back to normal. Wickedly good info here. Blessed by a Squid angel :-)
