    I love about any recipe with baked or cooked apples. This apple pancake recipe, however, is one of the best ever. :)

    There was a Dutch restaurant I used to go to in Indiana that made these, they were really popular for breakfast/brunch on a Sunday, and sometimes served with ice cream too.

    mmmm that's a different way of making apple pancakes; I've always just used shredded apples or added applesauce to the pancake batter.
