Since the launch of Al Arabiya TV in March 2003 and the establishment of the Arabic-language version of AlArabiya.net on February 21, 2004, the TV became a leading news channel in the Arabic world. A process of technical build-up, editorial and creative planning, started to build the English news website in August 2007 to build a bridge between the channel and English-speakers, whether they are Arabs or native speakers, who are interested in the Middle East.



Alarabiya media developed some versions in Farsi and Urdu followed in March 2008, catering specifically to audiences in Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan and parts of the Indian sub-continent. The Middle East Broadcasting Corporation, Arabic MBC Channel has exciting mix of sport, movies, entertainment and music in both Arabic and English. The MBC channel is a Saudi company broadcasting via satellite from London. It offers news casting and other programs and information about movies and series.



There is on demand video section where viewers can watch episodes of all their favourites. The MBC channel provides users with the latest news and gossip from the Arabic world, Hollywood and Bollywood. In addition, there are dedicated sections for each of the MBC Group channels.

As a kid-friendly website that connects children with their favourite MBC 3 TV has many programs for children and kids. It also includes games, competitions and special programs for kids. MBC.net has recently launched a social networking site, Nass MBC, where users share their favourite videos and photos with others in their online community.



Starting with a one-page website in 1999, MBC.net has grown and developed continuously to serve the audience better. In the coming months, the MBC plans to arrange other products and services in sections for cars, health, beauty, and variety news.

2M Maroc is the largest television channel in Morocco. The largest Moroccan economic conglomerate ONA establishes it to broadcast few hours daily. Based in Casablanca, 2M begins services with Arabic and French languages.

The channel started broadcasting two times a day as a cable channel officially on 4 March 1989. 2M TV offers a 24 hour news broadcasting and entertainment, in addition to cultural programs and documentaries. Moroccan TV stared broadcasting in Arabic in the UNSA.



It is the only private station in Morocco until 1996 when the major shareholder sold 68% of its share to the Moroccan government. Hence, the government managed the station as part of the Moroccan Broadcasting Network. The MBN broadcasts in many languages including Arabic, French, English and Spain, in addition to three Berber dialects.

It begins to offer wide variety of programs including dramas and talk shows. The channel established also the Radio 2M to present news, music and information from Morocco in Arabic and French.



The core of the missions of 2M Maroc is to serve the image of Morocco internationally and meet the expectations of compatriots around the world. The majority of products are in Arabic and the content focuses on the local information, national events, other themes and society.

By now, 2M is accessible in Europe and the United State of America through five satellite platforms and cable networks in France and Switzerland.
