Archie Park is not Just any Sports Fan

In every country of the world, encompassing more sports than I would care to try and name, there are those who are dedicated to following their particular team. It is a passion for many and no doubt an obsession for some...but the dedication displayed by Archie Park - the gentleman described on this page - for his team, can surely be matched only by a very select few.

Archie Park's Forty Years and Counting...

How far can he go...?

ArchieIt was forty years in May 2008 since Archie Park last missed a domestic competitive game involving Rangers. In that time, he has also invested a small fortune in travelling overseas to see the team which he adores. In season 2007/8 alone, Archie visited places as diverse as Serbia, Barcelona and Athens - as well as many more - as a result of his determination to, "Follow, Follow," whatever the cost.

The Rivals Game

2007/8 - A Season That Promised So Much...

Yet ultimately it wasn't to be...

Long sleeved t-shirtAs Rangers chased an historic quadruple into the final days of the season, tension and expectation reached fever-pitch among everyone associated with the club. Alas, defeat in the UEFA Cup Final by Zenit St Petersburg preceded final day defeat at Aberdeen to cause Rangers to miss out on the League Championship.

Nevertheless, Archie park and those other tens of thousands of people who support the club have returned in their droves in season 2008/9, hoping that Walter Smith and the team can go at least one step further. Perhaps even some will be wearing garments similar to the one pictured above left? Click here to see everything that this online store has to offer!
