Are They Married

He visited his kids at the weekends, but he never brought them round to meet me and my kids. After being divorced for 3 years I thought that his kids would have had enough time to get over the difficult phase, and be old enough to understand him having a new person in his life.

After a few months went by I started to get very bitter about his constant disappearances and confronted him about them, this made for a blazing row, the like of which I had never experienced before. During the argument he stormed off down stairs, whilst he was down stairs his cell phone rang (he had left it in his jacket which had been thrown down in rage), so I answered it, a voice at the other end of the phone asked for my partner by name, which was not unusual, when I said that he was unavailable and asked if I could take a message my partner reappeared in the bedroom, snatched the phone off me and marched back downstairs. A few minutes later the front door closed and he was gone.

Later that evening my partner reappeared, acting very sorry and claiming he didn't know what came over him. It was at this point that I decided that I would find out what all of this was about; I was fed up with all the secrecy and cancelled plans.

My initial thoughts were to hire a private investigator but once I had spoken to a couple of companies I decided against it. the investigation companies charge by the hour and one of them said that it could take two months before they had enough evidence for me to confront him (if there was any evidence).

At this point I decided that I would have to do this myself.

2 days later I threw my partner out, close behind him were his clothes, mobile phone (which just missed his head) and a copy of all the documentation which I had found out about, not just him, but about the people calling and emailing him too.

The short version of this story is this: my partner was still married, but not only was he still married but he was also having an affair with another three women.
