Most apps and new software created by independent developers are not providing the support their customers really need. I have done my research and have seen that the majority of all the independent apps for Mac that are available today are not not being fully supported. - interesting ... in fact some of these apps are never really providing necessary support. it would be great if i can call an operator every time i need help with something. but i sometimes hate sending emails and waiting for a reply.. they take to long
