Enjoy World of Warcraft without being obsessed with earning Gold
A game should be fun, get rich schemes are best left to real life (or dumped entirely!)
Should we need some proof of World of Warcraft's success, the superlative scale of its own hyper-active user base would be more than enough to make any other observation pointless. As people all over the world continue enjoying this landmark online role playing game hundreds more join the community and are in need of some quick tips. Let's start with the thing a lot of players are obsessed with: gold. Probably you already know gold is essential for your character. If you don't, then rest assured you are going to discover how much this matters pretty quickly.
Now, there's yet another parallel to real world money issues in World of Warcraft: the desire to get rich quick. Just like you are able to see dozens of websites promoting internet miracle guides that assure to turn anyone into a billionaire overnight, the World of Warcraft users are given their fair share of eBooks, your-eyes-only reports, and AAA-mazing systems that should be able to let the victim, er, player pull in gold quickly.
There's nothing unseasonable in desiring to possess virtual or real money. But really the only sure way is to work hard and be consistent. The same holds true in the virtual world.
In real world you would be willing to take on any kind of job proposal when you are just beginning your career. In World of Warcraft, please, do the same. You have to face quests, dangerous journeys, and during them you'll find the gold you're seeking. It won't be granted by magic, however: you'll have to earn it.
As you go ahead and perform your quest, beasts and villains will try to kill you. So don't feel bad when you kill them instead, and take their possession, be them items, weapons or the always sought-for gold. Fighting, you'll also gain experience, or more exactly, the experience points needed to level your character.
The items you get this way, are called drops and can be sold to other players by entering auction houses and offering them. Since you'll be doing quite a lot of this quest, loot and sell routine, it's quite a good idea to equip your character with a large bag.
This way you can carry many items with you when you stop the looting game and proceed towards the nearest Auction House to make a profit from them.
It would be a waste to engage in battle only to be forced to drop items on the ground because you lack something so basic as a large bag. Also, don't overlook the importance of tools or properties you may would like to keep for yourself without selling.
The more items you hold, the more space you'll need or you'll be forced to choose which of your valuable possessions is less valuable for you and drop it in the middle of nowhere.
So in short -and I swear I'm not from a virtual luggage company: get a larger bag and make sure to acquire it as early as possible in the game, well ahead of when you're going to need it.
You will discover that this basic tip will secure you a definite advantage during all your questing career.
