Aromatherapy - What is it?

Modern day research has confirmed their therapeutic and medicinal qualities of being anti-bacterial, anti fungal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral , anti-venomous, anti-depressive, anti-neuralgic, stimulant, digestive and diuretic in nature.
Today, aromatherapy is one of the most popular of all complementary therapies, offering a wide range of highly effective treatments to both the acute and chronic stages of illness and disease. Aromatherapy and Weight Loss
Step into a bookstore,and you can find just about any kind of diet books, from low carb to vegetarian diet.As you can see, now many people are considering using natural health to aid in weight loss program. Though herbal supplements are booming, but aromatherapy still has contribution to help lose those extra pounds. And people still love to use it.

Great lens, very informative and looks amazing. I myself have used oils for quite a few years and have always seen a benefit from their use. I will be trying the information you have supplied as I would rather use natural remedies than it's overrated chemical ones.
