whimsical art prints by alexis

Much of my artwork explores the relationship between humans and animals. I want to show a whimsical world where those (sometimes small) communication blocks between humans and animals are more dissolved, and there can be more of an understanding. Images of a girl living underwater with a pet fish, or with a crocodile are examples of this. The real-world constraints of humans not being able to communicate with fish--because we can't breathe underwater or because they can't speak to us--are gone. In doing so, there's a dreamlike quality that emerges, which is also my intent.
