There are three Sennelier shops in Paris. I've only visited the first - but fully intend to visit the other two as well! Finding an art shop in venice is much more difficult than you;d think. Locations are passed around from artist to artist by word of mouth - and blog post!
These are shops with no website. I've used the one at the Accademia - it's tiny but good. Do visit the pigment shop listed below if only to stare at their wonderful pigment!

These recommendations come via this tumblr blog post by Valerie Chua (Quiet Girl) in response to a question about which stores she recommends. Valerie is very into her art materials as evidenced by her blog.

- Nationalbookstore.com is the online shopping site of National Book Store, Inc It has an Art Supplies section.
Valerie says "I actually think that National Bookstore's price is JUST about right. About Fully Booked%u2026 I noticed their materials are 30% more expensive than other stores but they have materials that you can't find in other stores so if your favorite brand is only catered by FB, you have no choice but to go back........he problem I have with National Bookstore is that there are specific branches that carry all brands (most in QC area), some don't. If you live far from branches with complete materials, delivery is the way to go! And I hate it when Natio goes out of stock (always happens!) National Bookstore also has an online store, by the way! Valerie says "another store I go to is Deovir in QC/Quiapo/Recto. I noticed that the brands they carry aren't carried by National Bookstore, and vice versa. So if you're looking for something like Conte crayons or Liquitex, Deovir doesn't have that but they have brands that are only sold by them. I guess they want to specialize. Their Talens materials are 30% cheaper than Fully Booked's. (Talens is a mid-to-high-end art supplies brand). That's a steal."
