I've found for myself that the more I age, the more arthritis pain I experience from injuries I had when I was much much younger. Arthritis pain and joint pain can either flare up suddenly or appear gradually over a period of time. Arthritis pain, joint pain, and back pain may also be accompanied by inflammation, stiffness, swelling, tenderness, redness and warmth, fatigue or insomnia, depression and muscle aches.
Most often arthritis and joint pain affects the fingers, hips and knees, although many people can also have arthritis in their back (like me). I've been able to determine the 'different' kind of pain that arthrits has. For me, the arthritis pain is so much sharper than my regular back pain. I've also got arthritis in my knees from a head-on car accident 38 years ago, and WOAH Baby, when that pain arrives you just want to go lie down and not move........but that doesn't relieve it, as you don't have to move in any way to experience the pain. Doctors immediately want to perform tests if you complain about pain, so they can determine arthritis or any damage to your body. My doctors have requested 2 different types of surgery for me, which I do not agree with. My mother has had 4 back operations, and my sister 3 back operations. - Back pain can be truly debilitating. For those in pain, any cure may signify a chance at a pain free life. Modern medicine is amazing and can work wonders, and nature provides us natural sustenance and medicine. Perhaps, using a combination would be best for a healthy lifestyle.
